AI Ethics

SLX builds software and growth systems. Some of that software uses AI models (for example WhatsApp-side assistance inside CaratOS). We do not pretend the models are people, and we do not use AI as a substitute for operator judgment on money, inventory, or client commitments.

What we will do

• Tell you when a workflow is model-assisted.
• Keep firm records (stock, invoices, kitty, ledgers) as structured data a human can audit — not as chat residue.
• Refuse to automate deception: fake social proof, invented case studies, or impersonation of a person who did not write the message.

What we will not claim

We do not run a separate “ethics board,” publish model cards, or hold certifications we have not earned. If a client’s data is used to fine-tune or prompt a model, that has to be explicit in the engagement — it is not the default.
